When We Can Help

We’ll gladly replace your item if it:

• Was damaged during shipping
• Has a manufacturing defect
• Is not the item you ordered

Please contact us within 20 days of delivery using our Contact page.

Include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item
• Photos of the shipping box or packaging if it was damaged during shipping

If your package was damaged during shipping, we’re here to help. Please upload photos of the damaged item and shipping box through our Contact page within 20 days of delivery, and we’ll gladly replace your item.

We’ll review your request and, if needed, reach out for any additional information or photos so we can resolve your claim as quickly as possible.

Because each item is made specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Ordering the incorrect size
• Changing your mind
• Normal wear and tear
